RESETMEN – Terms & Conditions

  1. RESETMEN provides non-medical wellness, relaxation and body-care services only. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis or physiotherapy.
  2. Customers must inform RESETMEN of any relevant health condition, injury, allergy, recent surgery or other circumstance that may affect their session.
  3. Services are provided without removal of clothing. No sexual, intimate or inappropriate services are provided.
  4. Bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are subject to the RESETMEN Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  5. Individual experiences and results may vary. RESETMEN does not guarantee any specific medical or physical outcome.
  6. By making payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot, from Visits.
  • Closer to your slot than that, please message us and we will do what we can.
  • Payment is taken at the counter when you arrive. Nothing is charged online.
  • Where a refund is due, it is made at the counter.
